Most people include moisturizer in their skin care regimens, but that isn't always necessary. Dr. Schultz will explain when it does and doesn't make sense to use a moisturizer.

@Paul: You are quite correct. Why would somebody with normal skin, which means you have a normal amount of moisture, want to add more moisture to your skin? Moisturizers should be used to remedy the problem of dryness when it exists.
So those moisturizers labeled for normal skin aren't necessary, are they? That's good to know about that!
