One of the most frustrating problems for both men and women is when they think that their hair is falling out or they are losing too much hair, actually we are suppose to shed or lose 150 hairs everyday. There are times, different seasons that we shed a little more or a little less the only thing that matters to you is if the density of your hair is changing. For every hair that grows out are you growing a new hair, and most of the time we are. But we people do see what they perceive as an increase in hairloss they do just the opposite thing, they decrease shampooing of their hair because they think that shampooing makes their hair fall out or promotes hair falling out because they see all of those hairs in the drain.
The reality is if the hair is not ready to fall out, shampooing is not going to make it fall out, but by decreasing the frequency of shampooing you tend to get an accumulation of dead cells in your scalp and it almost starts to cause a little bit of dandruff or seborrhea. That inflames the skin and by inflaming the skin of the scalp that makes hairloss worst.
So the next time you think you are losing a little bit more hair then you should be losing on a normal regular day, continue to shampoo your hair regularly. There is nothing wrong with shampooing your hair everyday or every night it will not make your hair fall out.
